Course Description

You are invited to join Rebecca Waldron, winner of North Wales Wedding Awards Celebrant of 2024. This session will see you Be able to identify what wedding vows really are. To learn what questions will help get the process started. To learn how to encourage couples to look in the right place (and to come from the right place) to write their vows. To write vows in a creative and heartfelt manner as a Celebrant. This session will begin with a discussion about wedding vows and what they really are, followed by: *What questions to ask to create wedding vows or help/coach the couple to write their own vows (writing prompts). * How to deal with sensitivities around family and impact on diversity. * Examples of vows from: o Trainer o Delegates (to bring one or two examples if they have them by that stage). * Case study to work on during the workshop. * Slides that provide a recap. * Slides and a handout will be available afterward, including an infographic
