Course Description

Join Chris as she gently guides you in a thirty-minute Qigong session, followed by a relaxing meditation from Jacqueline. Allow your body and mind total relaxation after a busy few months. Qigong originates from an ancient Chinese mind/body practice and is a form of moving meditation. Ideally, when practised daily, Qigong promotes good physical and mental health and is a perfect way to care for mind, body, and soul. In this brief introductory session, Chris will share the basic principles and one or two forms that you can practise if they feel right for you. Please join us for a gentle way to ease your body into Jacqueline's meditation session. All you will need are loose, comfortable clothes, enough space to stretch in all directions, a candle to light, and an open heart.
